Add one heaped teaspoon (2 g) to 150 ml of water just off the boil. Stir for ten seconds. Add milk and sugar to taste — the crema settles on its own.

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Reseal the jar immediately after use — freeze-dried granules take up moisture quickly. Best within 18 months of the date printed on the base.

If a jar arrives broken or the wrong item was sent, send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we will ship a replacement at our cost. Unopened jars can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the product value.
