Shipping & Delivery Policy
We pack and dispatch every order from the estate in Meppadi, Wayanad. Here is what to expect once you have paid.
Dispatch time
Orders placed before 4:00 PM IST on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed later, or on Sundays and public holidays, are dispatched the next working day.
Delivery time
Kerala, Karnataka and Tamil Nadu: 2–3 working days. Rest of India: 3–6 working days. Remote PIN codes may take longer; our courier will contact you directly if there is a delay.
Where we ship
Anywhere our courier partners reach in India. If your PIN code cannot be served, we will tell you before your order is dispatched and refund it in full.
Tracking
A tracking link is emailed as soon as your parcel is handed to the courier. If it has not arrived within 24 hours of dispatch, contact us on +91 90199 14474.
