How to brew
A cup in about a minute. One: add one heaped teaspoon (2 g) to 150 ml of water just off the boil. Two: stir for ten seconds. Three: add milk and sugar to taste — the crema settles on its own. Pro tip: use water just off the boil for the best aroma and crema.
